STARTERS

Terrine of confit rabbit and duck, pickled grapes, candied walnuts and truffle honey.

Seabass ceviche, avocado puree, shaved radish and wasabi powder.

Salad of whipped goat’s cheese, marinated asparagus, smoked almonds and summer leaves.


MAINS

Breast of duck, roasted baby beetroot and an aromatic jus.

Baked fillet of Halibut, caramelised cauliflower, cucumber, pine nuts and grapefruit.

Pan fried gnocchi, with peas, broad beans and morels.

All mains to be served with your choice of vegetable and potatoes.


DESSERTS

Raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake, poached rhubard and granola.

Trio of desserts.

Lemon tart with meringue shards and shaved coconut.
